The KGD - MQ - 512 Direct - Insertion Oxygen Analyzer uses a high -
precision zirconia sensor and has an integrated direct - insertion
sampling design. It can quickly and accurately conduct on - line
detection of the oxygen content in flue gas generated during the
combustion process of various common combustion equipment.
This product is widely applied in industries such as petrochemical,
power, chemical, steel, metallurgy, building materials, and
textile. Through real - time on - line detection and analysis, it
monitors the residual oxygen content in flue gas generated during
fuel combustion. By understanding the combustion degree of fuel in
combustion equipment, it guides operators to adjust combustion

sampling design, which can automatically introduce the sample gas.

temperature environments within 700℃.
- Protection grade IP65, suitable for various environments and
resistant to harsh weather.
- The oxygen concentration can be calibrated on - site with air or
standard gas to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Full - process alarm function. When the oxygen content exceeds the
alarm set value, a contact alarm signal will be issued.
- High - temperature protection for important components. When the
internal temperature of the meter head is too high, a temperature
alarm prompt will be issued.
- Adopts two signal transmission methods, RS485 and 4 - 20mA, to meet
various on - site working conditions.
