Product Introduction
The KGD - MQ - 501 Laser Raman Spectroscopy Gas Analyzer is based
on the principle of laser Raman scattering. It enhances, collects,
processes and identifies the characteristic Raman scattering
spectra of the gases to be measured, and conducts quantitative
calculations of their contents. It can simultaneously perform on -
line and real - time detection of multiple gases.
Product Features
- Adopts laser Raman gas characteristic fingerprint technology with
less interference.
- Can measure most gases except inert gases, including N₂, O₂, H₂,
CH₄, C₂H₆, C₃H₈, H₂S and other gases.
- Fast response speed. The measurement results are displayed 30
seconds after the sample gas enters the analyzer.
- Capable of measuring gas concentrations in a wide range. The
minimum range is (0 - 10)%, and the maximum range is (0 - 100)%.
- Adopts gas concentration normalization algorithm and automatic air
- extraction calibration to prevent long - term drift.
- Low cost of use and maintenance. No carrier gas or consumables are
required.
- An optional integrated system is available to achieve real - time
cyclic monitoring of multiple monitoring points.
- Intelligent software design with a full - touch screen interface.
Data is displayed intuitively, and an external PC keyboard can be
connected.
Product Advantages:

replace Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).
- Compared with Non - dispersive Infrared (NDIR) analysis technology:
NDIR gas analyzers have a small measurement range and cannot detect
homonuclear diatomic molecules such as N₂, O₂, and H₂. The KGD - MQ
- 501 has the ability to detect multi - component gas compositions,
especially can accurately measure diatomic molecules in natural
gas, and has a wider range and higher accuracy.
- Compared with Gas Chromatography (GC) technology: Gas
chromatographs require carrier gas and chromatographic columns, and
the response time usually ranges from several minutes to dozens of
minutes, and need to be operated by professional technicians. The
KGD - MQ - 501 has an extremely short response time, requires no
carrier gas or consumables, is easy to operate, and has a low cost
of use.
- Compared with Mass Spectrometry (MS) analysis technology: Mass
spectrometers are expensive, have high maintenance costs, and are
complex to operate, and are rarely used for on - line analysis in
industrial fields. The KGD - MQ - 501 is robust, easy to operate,
and has low maintenance costs, making it more suitable for harsh
industrial sites.
