Introduction

Composition of Scale: Calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂), calcium sulfate (CaSO₄), barium sulfate (BaSO₄), silicon dioxide (SiO₂), etc.

Cause of Scaling: When the mineral content in water exceeds its solubility (supersaturated solution), calcium ions and carbonate ions will precipitate to form CaCO₃ crystals, which adhere to the pipe wall to form scale.

Harm of Equipment Scaling: It clogs pipelines, increases energy consumption, shortens the service life of equipment, provides a breeding ground for bacteria in scale, requires frequent manual cleaning and maintenance, and necessitates the addition of a large amount of chemical agents.

The scale inhibitor uses an electromagnetic method for descaling. It consists of a frequency - modulated current generator and a signal cable wound around the outer wall of the pipeline. The coil generates an induced magnetic field to treat the flowing water. This equipment can handle the scaling problems of various complex water qualities.

Treatment Principle:

Force scale - forming ions to crystallize, reducing the number of scale - forming ions.

Break the hydrogen bonds of water molecule clusters, increasing the proportion of free water molecules.

Result: The water changes from a supersaturated solution to an unsaturated solution, with increased dissolving power, which can dissolve the already - formed scale and prevent the formation of new scale.
