The KsINS-ZQ2 first-stage servo mechanism is an important part of the control system of the Blue Arrow Aerospace Zhuque 2 launch vehicle. It receives control instructions from the rocket-mounted computer and drives the first-stage engine nozzle to swing to achieve flight control of the launch vehicle. The product's DC power supply voltage is 400V, the power of a single servo mechanism reaches 40kW, and the maximum load torque reaches 40,000Nm. It has the characteristics of high power level, fast response speed, high steady-state accuracy, strong anti-disturbance ability and high reliability, and can meet the needs of medium and large-scale carriers.
