Introduction
26G Radar level transmitter for water conservancy facilities is suitable for liquid, paste, granule and block material level and non-contact measurement, suitable for changes in temperature, pressure big; there is an inert gas and volatile.The measurement method of microwave pulse, can work normally in the industrial frequency band range. Operation principle
The antenna of the radar material water transmitter will transmit ultra-narrow microwave pulse and the pulse will transmit within the space at a speed of light. If running into a water surface, one part of the electromagnetic wave will be transmitted back and received by the antenna. Applying a high-speed chip and special software, the KLD series 26G radar water level transmitter can accurately recognize the time interval between electromagnetic wave transmission and electromagnetic wave reception. The distance from the radar antenna to the water surface is equal to the time interval multiplies by the speed of electromagnetic wave and then divided by two.
Features of 26G Radar Level for water conservancy facilities
1) The wave beam angle is small, energy is concentrated, capacity of resisting disturbance is stronger and measurement accuracy and reliability are improved;
2) The antenna is in small size and it is convenient for the installation and addition of antenna protective device, such as dust cover.
3) As it weighs about 1KG, it can be easily installed and does not pose great load to the horizon bar.
4) The measuring range can reach 70m at the highest and covers the water level measurement of large reservoirs.
5) Interface of various output circuits coordinates with the collection system and it can not only send 485 signal to RTU, but also provide 4-20mA signal.
6) Applying pulse mode, the radar water level transmitter has extremely low transmitting power and it will be no harmful to human and animals.
