The integrated 433M wireless high-frequency radar adopts the most
advanced 433M wireless radio frequency transmission technology in
the industry. Its maximum transmission distance is 20Km, and it is
powered by solar panels or 220V mains. Complicated processes such
as on-site wiring are omitted. The radar outputs RS485 digital
signal and adopts Modbus bus protocol to realize wireless
networking within 100 units. The wireless transmission part adopts
LoRa remote modem technology, which has excellent anti-interference
ability and can minimize current consumption. High sensitivity and
military circuit design make its link budget reach the leading
level in the industry, making it the best choice for long-distance
transmission and applications with high reliability requirements.
Compared with the traditional GPRS transmission method, its cost is
greatly reduced. Not limited by the mobile communication network,
the reliability and anti-interference ability are greatly improved.

Installation Method
Flange Installation
When using flange installation, the minimum distance between the instrument and the tank wall should be 200mm.
Hoisting Installation
Note: Please avoid vibration, strong electromagnetic interference and loads during installation.
Misalignment method:
1. On-line calibration: on-site process equipment needs to stop
production;
2. Reference point calibration: full scale setting;
3. Upper computer calibration: 250Ω resistor, Hart converter, USB
interface are required.
