KLD803 80G FM Radar Level Sensor
Introduction
The hardware system uses advanced microprocessors and embedded
system processing software. The signal algorithm processing
integrates advanced Echo-capture signal processing technology. This
makes the product applicable to various complex industrial plant
conditions.
The “empty tank pretreatment” technology enables the instrument to
correctly identify effective echoes and obtain correct measurement
results even in the presence of multiple false echo interference.
Not affected by various complicated working conditions. Such as
strong corrosive liquid, steam, foam medium.

Installation Method
Flange Installation
When using flange installation, the minimum distance between the
instrument and the tank wall should be 200mm.

What does FMCW stand for?
- FMCW, namely Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave.
- FMCW technology and pulse radar technology are two technologies
used in high-precision radar ranging. The basic principle is that
the transmitted wave is a high-frequency continuous wave. Its
frequency changes with time according to the law of triangle wave.
- FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave), the received echo
frequency and the transmitted frequency change law are the same,
both are triangular waves. There is only a time difference. Using
this tiny time difference, the target distance can be calculated.
