Signal terminals is set in a separate part of the electrical box.
When wiring, remove the cover at the other end of the meter.
Connect the 24V wire and the current signal wire as per the mark.
Current signal wire CAN NOT be laid in the same wire slot with
power wire, and DO NOT pass through any strong electric field.
The concentration meter should connect earth wire for safety. When
checking the insulation resistance
please adopt the input current less than 45V. The maximum output current does not exceed 30mA.DC

The gas station and oil tanker monitoring and management system is
designed for the automatic management of oil tanks. The system can
automatically monitor the oil in the oil storage tank when the tank
is sealed. Through the automatic real-time monitoring of the oil
parameters in the oil storage tank, the operating conditions of the
oil storage tank are directly reflected, such as the oil storage
capacity in the tank, the temperature of the oil, the density, and
the dynamic changes of the oil quantity. Our company's tuning fork
density meter, liquid level meter and temperature meter are
installed on the oil tank, and the parameters such as the density,
liquid level, water level, temperature and oil quantity of the oil
are detected on the line.
Raw oil, fuel oil, and fuel are transported from the refinery to
the end user through a complex distribution system. It is necessary
to determine the type of oil, as different types of oil will pass
through different distribution systems. The oil is directed to the
appropriate product tank at the discharge end of the system.
Accurate and reliable interface inspection is a must to ensure that
each product is properly stored in the warehouse, as product
contamination is very expensive. During the operation, the
measurement of the oil density of the pipeline has two basic
methods: static measurement and dynamic (on-line) measurement.
Static measurement is generally obtained by analyzing the collected
sample to obtain its density. This method is low in cost, simple in
method, high in measurement accuracy and high in resolution, but it
cannot reflect the change of density in real time, and there is a
human factor influence. The shortcomings of low efficiency have
been unable to meet the needs of modern metrology.
Using the tuning fork density meter to measure the dynamic state has some advantages: 1) high efficiency, easy to achieve automation; 2) small impact of human factors; 3) good real-time; 4) easy to install. The tuning fork density meter has the preferred density meter for detecting the oil density on the line.
