LC Series Oval Gear Flow Meter
Introduction
The LC series oval gear flow meter stands as a flagship product
within our company. It represents a typical displacement meter,
specifically designed for measuring fluid flow in pipelines under
certain pressure conditions. Renowned for its simple structure,
reliable performance, and high accuracy, this flow meter imposes no
special requirements on the import and export of the pipe. It
accommodates a wide range of viscosity in the measured medium and
boasts a broad flow range.
The LC series oval gear flow meter finds extensive applications
across various industries, including petroleum, chemical, medicine,
transportation, and food. Its versatility makes it a preferred
choice for liquid flow detection in both industrial and commercial
sectors. Notably, this flow meter excels in the measurement of oil
fuel, making it particularly well-suited for applications in this
domain.
Usage
The LC-A type cast iron oval gear flow meter is extensively
utilized for measuring various oil products and is particularly
suitable for cast iron material that is resistant to corrosion in
liquid mediums.
The LC-E type cast steel oval gear flow meter is designed for
measuring high-pressure, low-corrosive mediums.
The LC-Q type cast iron oval gear flow meter, equipped with an
aluminum alloy rotor, is suitable for measuring low-viscosity and
low-corrosion liquids, including gasoline.
The LC-B and C types, both constructed with stainless steel, find
wide applications in measuring strong corrosive liquid mediums,
such as acids, alkalis, salts, and organic compounds.
The LC-L type, made of aluminum alloy, is a compact oval gear flow
meter widely used for measuring low-corrosive liquid mediums, like
water.

LC-U series heat preservation jacket oval gear flow meter
To address the challenges posed by media prone to solidification at
room temperature or condensation under certain temperature
conditions during pipeline transportation and traffic monitoring,
it is common to implement a heating system for the pipeline medium.
This system ensures that the medium remains melted and adequately
heated. However, due to restrictions on passing steam in the
vicinity of the oval gear flow meter (to prevent damage to the
meter), we have developed oval gear flow meters with insulation
jacket features.
This design incorporates an insulation jacket around the meter
shell, providing a layer of insulation to facilitate the flow of
solidified media and maintaining a specific temperature, ensuring
the normal operation of the flow meter. The insulation jacket
structure can also be adopted in front of the filter when the oval
gear flow meter is installed. The in and out structure of the
insulation jacket is typically designed with a DN15 caliber flange,
and special interface designs can be accommodated based on user
requirements. The nominal pressure for the insulation jacket is 0.5
MPa, but it can also be customized to meet specific customer
requirements.
LC-D series mechanical quantitative oval gear flow meter
The LC-D type mechanical quantitative oval gear flow meter,
referred to as the flow meter, is a specialized instrument
comprising three main components: the oval gear flow meter,
reducer, and quantitative counter.
This flow meter is designed for precision measurement of the
cumulative liquid volume. When the accumulated value reaches the
predetermined quantity, the electric circuit control valve is
automatically closed or opened, meeting the requirements for flow
metering control.

can be without radiator.
T1 is high temperature flow meter for 120-200 ℃, with long

and short radiator.
