Dry mix mortar plant working principle: Raw material of Cement, fly ash, sand which is in special proportion into batching machine according to customer’s formula, then the well prepared material is conveyed to the indoor bucket elevator by batching machine , at the same time ,fiber, powder and other small proportion precious master batch can through the electronic scale metering into admixture hopper, the material which is lifted by bucket elevator will be settled into pre-mix hopper. Then all of the material discharged into the double shaft paddle mixer to mix, after mixing the material discharged into pre-mix hopper by pneumatic door. At last, the material will be packaged by automatic valve packing machine. This production line is advanced to compare with simple type production line.
