Touchless water dispenser is built with cup sensing taps (infrared sensing technology). It could notice the approaching of cups as well as hand. It could avoid indirect contact among users to prevent people from cross-infection against all kinds of virus. At the same, since it could also notice the approaching of hands and other objects, your may worry about the risks of hot burning. You don't need to worry about that as all our touchless water dispenser are built with safety lock system. 105 serial machines are built with a mechanical lock while 106 series are built with dual sensing protection system.

Tips of using touchless water dispenser

1. To avoid water drips, before you take away the cup, you can slide the cup a bit downward. It will stop the sensing system and avoid water drips.

2. To trigger the sensing system, it requires reflect infrared lights from the cups. When you use transparent cups, the infrared light may pass through the cup without reflected light. So when you use transparent cups, please put it a little closer to the sensing zone than when you use other cups. Or use transparent with enough bumps on its surface.
