Cost-effective pasteurization sterilization system suitable for
milk, juice, egg liquid and other food and beverages
Cost-effective pasteurization sterilization systems designed to
provide efficient and reliable processing while remaining
cost-effective. These systems are critical to ensuring the safety
and quality of milk, juice, egg wash and other food and beverage
products. The following is an overview of such systems:
Pasteurization Sterilization Main features
Versatility:
It can process a variety of products such as milk, juice, egg
liquid and other beverages.
Adjustable settings to suit different product types and
requirements.
Cost-effectiveness:
Designed to deliver high performance at a lower cost with a focus
on maximizing return on investment.
Energy-saving operation and reduced operating costs.
Health and Safety:
Made of high-quality stainless steel (usually SUS304 or SUS316),
ensuring hygiene and durability.
Equipped with advanced cleaning systems such as CIP (cleaning in
place) to ensure complete hygiene between batches.
Pasteurization Sterilization typical application
Typical application | for egg liquid | for cream | for fresh milk | for juice |
Flow | 500l/h | 1000l/h | 3000l/h | 8000l/h |
Power | 12 | 11 | 8.5 | 13 |

Temperature out | 10 | 4 | 4 | 88 |
Note | The flow and temperature could tailor-made as per project demand
from 500-20,000L/h |
Pasteurization Sterilization The key components
Heat exchanger:
Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE): Commonly used for HTST (High
Temperature Short Time) pasteurization. Efficient heat transfer and
compact design.
Tubular Heat Exchanger: For UHT (Ultra High Temperature)
processing. Suitable for high viscosity products.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller):
Manage and automate pasteurization and sterilization processes.
Ensure precise control of temperature, time and flow.
Pump:
The high-pressure pump ensures consistent flow of product through
the system.
Fixed tube:
Keep product at pasteurization or sterilization temperature for the
time required.
Cooling part:
Pasteurized or sterilized products are rapidly cooled to the
desired temperature to maintain quality.
CIP (cleaning in place) system:
The equipment is automatically cleaned and disinfected.
Ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
Pasteurization Sterilization Detailed process steps
Pre-Heating:
Use a heat exchanger to preheat raw materials to a temperature
ready for pasteurization or sterilization.
Pasteurization/sterilization:
HTST pasteurization:
Heat product to 72°C for 15 seconds (milk) or to other suitable
temperature depending on product.
Ultra-high temperature sterilization:
Heat product to 135°C to 150°C for 2-5 seconds (for milk, juice,
etc.).
PLC accurately controls temperature and time to ensure effective
killing of pathogens.
Keep:
The product is held at pasteurization or sterilization temperature
for the required time.
cool down:
Pasteurized or sterilized product is rapidly cooled to
approximately 4°C or other desired temperature to maintain its
quality and prevent further growth of microorganisms.
Post-pasteurization treatment:
The cooled product is transferred to storage tanks or directly to
the packaging line.
box:
Packaging into containers such as bottles, cartons or bulk
containers ensures product safety and freshness.
Clean-in-place system:
After processing, the CIP system cleans and disinfects the equipment to maintain hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
Pasteurization Sterilization benefit
High cost performance:
Deliver high performance at a lower cost, balancing efficiency and
economy.
energy efficiency:
Optimized to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
High hygiene standards:
Stainless steel construction and automatic cleaning system ensure a
high level of hygiene and safety.
Versatility:
Suitable for a variety of products, providing processing
flexibility.
Stable quality:
Precise control of processing parameters ensures stable product quality.
Pasteurization Sterilization Application areas
Dairy industry:
Milk and dairy products are pasteurized to ensure safety and extend
shelf life.
Beverage industry:
Process juices, smoothies and other beverages to eliminate
pathogens and preserve flavor.
food processing:
Used in egg liquid and other foods to ensure safety and quality.
Implementing cost-effective Pasteurization Sterilization systems ensures efficient, safe and high-quality processing of a wide range of food and beverage products.
