DSI STERILIZER CAPACITY

with the DSI. This direct steam injection sterilizer protects the
quality of dairy products, fresh beverages, and liquid foods.
Continuous ultra-high-temperature (UHT) treatment rapidly heats
products to sterilization temperatures for a short time, then
quickly cools them before filling into aseptic packaging. It
contributes to more production uptime, greater product integrity,
and longer shelf life.
Designed up to 20 000 l/h, DSI is specifically to meet our
customer’s needs. which apply for plant nut milk (soya, oat,
coconut), birch sap juice, and coconut water , cream and sauce etc

DIRECT STEAM INJECTION
The system works by rapidly injecting steam into the product,
instantly heating it to the ultra high temperature, around few
second. Short heating time and high sterilization temperature
ensures that product taste and color are not damaged while
microorganisms and spores are neutralized. With DSI work for more
efficient and quality product .

FLASH COOLING
Cooling of the product is carried out in a flash
evaporation/condensing vessel ensuring product is cooled rapidly. A
pump maintains the vacuum and is controlled to ensure the correct
volume of water is removed (this correlates with the amount of
steam added). The vessel is designed to minimize carry over and
loss of flavor. the rate could adjust via the valve.
