The main Crusher Pulping Juicing Machine of crusher consists of hammer, screen, main shaft, body and other parts. The whole Crusher Pulping Juicing Machine is composed of feeding hopper, crushing device,front support, screw,filter screen, juicer, rear support, slag chute and other components. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat, and the motor drives the screw through the V-belt pulley for work. Working principle: the main component of the equipment is to install a crushing device on the feed hopper, and there are four groups of flying knives and a group of bottom knives on the rotor. The flying knives rotate around their own axes in the fixed bottom knife gap,so that the fruits and vegetables can be crushed with a particle size of 2-5mm, and directly enter the spiral juice extraction system, so as to improve the juice extraction effect. The main component of spiral juicing is screw.The screw diameter gradually increases along the direction of slag outlet and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by screw, the volume of screw cavity shrinks,forming the pressing of the material.
