Spiral Juicing Machine is mainly used for pressing and extracting of fruits and vegetables such as berries, nuts and rhizomes. Spiral Juicing Machine can also be used for pressing and extracting of fruits and vegetables after de nucleation and softening.

Spiral Juicing Machine is mainly composed of motor, frame, front support,pressing screw, combination device of filter screen,juicer, rear support, slag scraping and discharging components. The left end of the press screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing, the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat, and the motor drives spiral juicing machine through a pair of V-belt pulley.

The main part of Spiral Juicing Machine is the pressing screw. The bottom diameter of the pressing screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet, and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the material is pressed because the volume of the screw cavity on the pressing screw reduces in turn. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag chute. When the material enters into the feed hopper, it is pressed under the push of the pressing screw, and the squeezed fruit and vegetable juice flows into the juicer at the bottom through the filter screen, while the fruit and vegetable residue is discharged through the gap formed between the pressing screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head.Changing the size of the clearance can change the juice yield, but if the clearance is too small, under the strong extrusion of the pressing screw, some particles in the slag may be extruded together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice yield is increased, the quality of the juice is relatively decreased (pulp and pulp fiber in the juice are relatively increased).The size of slag clearance shall be determined according to the specific production process requirements of customers.
