Introudction of Dual String Production Packer

The dual string production packer is a pressure set packer for the production well, the packer offers dual production pipes, which can be used in the double tubing production wells or ESP wells. The setting of the dual string production is realized in a low pressure way in the long string. By pulling the long string, the anchor will be released and the packer can be pulled out the well.

Features of Dual String Production Packer

• The retrieving tensile strength of the production packer can be changed by the number of installed shear pins or different shear rings.
• The production packer is designed with dual tubing channels .
• Elastomer of the dual sring production packer includes Nitrile or Aflas for choice
• Materials of production main body include 4140 and 4340
• Setting pressure requires 2500psi and reliable seal can be realized.
• Working pressure of the dual string production packer is 5000 psi
