Metal polishing wax, mainly used for polishing wall clocks, door
locks, bathroom equipment, mobile phone casings, steel pipes,
plates, aircraft industry (engine blades, body), automotive
industry (all kinds of accessories, hubs, rims), marine hardware,
hardware tools , tableware, pots and pans, lighting, optics, plate
making, home appliances, furniture, musical instruments (wind
instruments, pianos, guitars) and other coating exterior, medical
equipment and other industries. Polishing wax is divided into solid
polishing paste and liquid polishing slurry, that is, solid
polishing wax and liquid polishing wax. Wax, blue-green and small
ceresin wax, etc., each different color uses a different product
process, choose polishing wax products according to your product
process requirements. For example, black wax, black wax is used for
rough polishing, and small ground wax is used for fine polishing.
How to use the polishing wax, the polishing wax should be used with
the polishing wheel. The polishing process is divided into three
steps: rough polishing, medium polishing and fine polishing. Of
course, if you only rough polishing, it will be done in one step.
Choosing the size of the polishing wheel depends on your product.
The polishing method of each product is different, so don't mix
them up, you can only say that the methods are similar. The power
of the motor determines the size of the polishing wheel, and the
shaft of the motor must be matched with the polishing wheel. Place
the buffing wheel in the center of the shaft and tighten it with a
wrench. The best polishing effect can be achieved only if the
surface speed of the polishing wheel is uniform, so if a large
polishing wheel is used with a smaller motor, the linear speed will
drop a lot during polishing, and the polishing effect will be
affected. The buffing wheel rolls towards you and has achieved
sufficient speed. Gently press the polishing wax against the edge
of the wheel, keeping it below the level of the rolling shaft,
until the surface is covered with wax. Use a clean piece of metal
against the surface of the wheel for a few seconds to spread the
wax. Repeat a few times so that the wax covers the exterior evenly.
When the exterior is completely covered with wax, the polishing
process can proceed. If necessary, apply polishing wax on the wheel
(it is best to wipe the wax off the wheel and then apply it). The
wheels used for rough polishing, medium polishing (cutting
polishing) and fine polishing (glazing) should be separated and
must be separated, otherwise the surface of the polishing process
will be scratched by rough particles. Correct use of polishing
wheels The wheel turns towards itself and runs at full speed. Hold
the polishing wax against the edge of the wheel for a few seconds
so that the wax adheres to the wheel (do not put the wax on the
already polished item). Hold the workpiece tightly against the
wheel surface, and ensure that the workpiece is below the level of
the center axis of the wheel, otherwise the wheel may throw the
workpiece out of your hand. The correct operation method is to
touch the wheel surface with the workpiece quietly and then remove
the workpiece. This helps smooth out the sharp corners of the
exterior and prevents mottle. Add wax if necessary, but don't
overdo it. Excessive amount will cause many deep mottled marks on
the workpiece. If you accidentally use too much wax, wipe it off
with an iron brush, etc., and recoat if necessary. Do not press the
wax hard on the outer surface of the wheel, let the wheel spin
freely. When the workpiece is changed from rough to fine polishing
(glazing), there should be no rough particles remaining in the
wheel, otherwise scratches will occur.
