Stainless steel abrasive belt flat sheet grinding sanding machine is designed for grinding, polishing and satin finishing various metal parts, like metal plates, profiles, square or rectangular section tubes, tools, iron bases, door plates, locks, etc. It also can grinding many kinds of materials like: stainless steel ,copper, aluminum, brass alloy etc. The features of this plate grinding sanding machine as below:

• can be supplied with several belt grinding heads from one head to six heads (depending on the grinding effect you required)
• wet type or dry type working condition
• can be installed abrasive wheel to get satin grinding or hairline finishing
• continuously working time more than 10 years and safety operation
• less Maintenance rate than common machine
• because special design, So less deformation rate after polishing (almost less than 2%)

Instructions of operating Stainless steel abrasive belt flat plate grinding sanding machine

• Step one, turn on the power switch to see power indicator whether there is electricity.
• Step two, shake the hand wheel lift table, to lift the working table to a certain height, the space around the workpiece is higher than 2 MM.
• Step three, press the Start button to start the belt conveyor, adjust the distance between the workpiece and the belt.
• Step four, start pump and spindle switch, so that grinding is processing between the belt and the workpiece.
• Step five, watch the workpiece surface quality meets the requirements, if not, please use the hand wheel to move slowly adjusting the distance between the workpiece and the sanding belt.
• Step six, press the emergency stop button if there is something wrong in the work
• Step seven, after work, shut the power, clean machinery and fill lubrication to the regularly moving parts
