Description
Alloy 1050 H18 aluminum round circles, 0.8mm thick, are ideal for
cookware production. Made from 1050 alloy in H18 temper, they offer
a perfect blend of formability and strength, allowing easy shaping
into pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The 0.8mm thickness ensures
lightweight handling while maintaining structural stability for
daily use.
With excellent thermal conductivity, these circles enable even heat
distribution—critical for consistent cooking results. Their smooth
surface and reliable material properties make them suitable for
both small-batch crafting and large-scale manufacturing, meeting
diverse cookware production needs.

Prepainted Aluminum Round Circles / Aluminum Disks FAQ:
Q: What’s size of aluminum cirlce you can produce.
A: Conventional aluminium discs are available in diameters of
300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, etc.
We can offer you with your specified size requirement on aluminum
circles within diameter 100 - 800mm.
Q: Can you supply the sample piece on aluminum disks for checking
before bulk order?
A: Here’s no problem. We can offer you the small sample pieces for
you checking quality and color.
Q: What’s the color option on the prepainted aluminum disk you can
produce?
A: We can produce color coating aluminum disks as per the clients’
details or actual sample.
Q: What’s thickness range of aluminum disks you can produce?
A: The thickness range not larger than 1.20mm we can punching.
What's the roller coating advantages than powder spray coating way
on the prepainted aluminum disks
Roller coating has a fast coating speed and high productivity, with
a maximum speed of 244m/min, while spraying is limited by the
uniformity of the spray and drying time, which is relatively slow.
Roller coating does not produce paint mist in the coating process,
there is no paint mist splash, making the coating efficiency close
to 100%, while spraying produces paint mist, which pollutes the
environment and requires a longer drying time.
Roller coating adapts to low-viscosity and high-viscosity coatings,
and can be applied to a variety of film thicknesses ranging from
3-5 μm to 300-500 μm, whereas spraying is relatively less adaptable
to the viscosity of coatings.
The coating effect of roller coating is uniform and the thickness
can be controlled accurately, while the effect of spraying is
affected by a variety of factors, such as the uniformity of the
spray, the drying time of the paint, etc., which makes it difficult
to ensure the stability of the coating effect.
In summary, roller coating compared to spraying has the advantages
of fast coating speed, high efficiency, good adaptability,
environmental protection, etc. In order to meet the premise of the
use of the same paint, it is recommended to use roller coating.
