Description

There are three wires in this duplex paperbaord making machine. We normally call the three wires as top wire, in-line wire and bottom wire. With three wires, this machine can use max. three different types pulp when making paper. That means, user can control the paper grades and raw material costs much easier.

Here we introduce wire section of this duplex paperboard making machinery. The wire section is composed of headbox, wire table frame, breast roll and lifting device, de-watering element group, guide roll, doctor, high/low pressure spray pipe, edge spray pipe, tensioner, corrector, white water pan, drive roll, vacuum couch roll, combined roll, trim nozzle, paper leading nozzle and couch roll broken paper pulping device etc. It adopts cantilever screen changing mold. Equip with suitable jack and the jack is on operation side. Wire table frame cover stainless steel, all connecting bolts in wire section are made of stainless steel. Dewatering element adopts stainless steel welding and all ceramic cover.
