Product Description

Monel k-500 is a nickel-copper alloy that combines the excellent corrosion properties of the Monel 400 with increased strength and hardness.
Compared to the alloy 400, the Monel k-500 has about three times the yield strength and double the tensile strength, and the Monel K500 remains at 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, maintaining toughness and toughness to minus 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The alloy k-500 also remains non-magnetic to -200 degrees Fahrenheit, and can be further strengthened by working at low temperatures before precipitation hardens.
Monel K500 has good mechanical properties, hardness, corrosion resistance and long-term stability.
It is widely used in pump shaft, oil well tool and instrument, blade and scraper, spring, valve trim, harness and Marine propeller shaft.
