60mm Gas Pipeline smart pig is an intelligent pipe internal corrosion inspection robot. Robot is walking in the pipeline by pressure of fluid. During walking, the corrosion situation of the inner wall of the pipe is collected and recorded by robot;and data is analyzed and explained by special software, inspection report and conclusion are finally formed.

Using ECT inspection method, the pipeline inspection robot is detecting corrosion in pipeline.The severity of corrosion in the pipeline can be qualitatively judged through special data and software analysis, to guide the management department for maintaining and managing.
