The corrugated cardboard production line, also known as the
corrugated line, is a key production equipment for corrugated box
manufacturers. It is mainly used to process roll base paper into
corrugated cardboard. The corrugated cardboard production line
consists of wet end equipment and dry end equipment, as well as
important parts such as the production management system.

Working principle The working principle of the corrugated cardboard production line
is to preheat the roll base paper, press the corrugation, glue,
bond and shape, separate the paper and press the line, cut it into
standard cardboard, and finally stack it for output. The specific
process includes: The base paper is sent to the production line
through the paper support and automatic paper splicer, and is
preheated by the preheating pre-adjuster. The paper enters the
single-sided corrugated machine and is pressed by the corrugated
roller to form a corrugated shape. The glue coating machine evenly
applies glue between the corrugated paper and the face paper, and
bonds them together through the double-sided machine to form
corrugated cardboard. The corrugated cardboard processed by the wet
end equipment is sent to the dry end equipment for cutting,
creasing, cross-cutting and stacking.
