1,Corrugated Board Production Line Description:
A corrugated cardboard production line is a unique and essential
piece of equipment that has become a necessary tool in today's
competitive industrial sector. The 3ply, 5ply, 7ply and
multi-function corrugated cardboard production lines are
specifically designed to meet the various needs of customers in the
packaging and related industries. These production lines are
typically composed of the following key components: mill roller
stand, surface paper (core paper) preheater, single facer, conveyor
span bridge, stacker, secondary corrugator, primary corrugator, and
folder. The mill roller stand is responsible for ensuring that
corrugated material is cut and processed at optimum speed and
precision. The surface paper (core paper) preheater is used to heat
and soften the paper to prepare it for the primary corrugator. The
single face is used to process and shape the corrugated cardboard
sheet. The conveyor span bridge is responsible for transferring
corrugated material from one processing station to the next.
