1. Application
This machine is mainly used for armouring single or double steel wire around the cable,or manufacturing large section of steel wire ropes.The broken wire alarm signal is transmitted by pulse, and the broken wire stop rate is 100%.

2. Main Component
Central pay-off strand, armouring hose, die holder,taping device,traction device,meter counter, take-up traverse device,transminssion system and electric control system.

3. Main features
3.1 Cabinet type touch screen operation desk, which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.
3.2 Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability.
3.3 The wire die base is connected to the front support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.
