1. Application

The high speed machines mainly used for stranding copper wire, aluminum wire, steel wire, ACSR and wire rope. Accompanied with taping head, it can used for insulation cores and some control cable stranding process.

2. Feature

2.1 The tubular body is in a whole with little radial run out. It's supported on the bearing on both ends, and runs at a very low noise.

2.2 Bobbin is clamped by disc springs and released by pneumatic device.

2.3 It can estimate the breakage signal of any bobbin in each stranding cage accurately by using the digital quantity scanning, and the breakage position can be shown on the touching screen

2.4 The machine adopts PLC control the whole line. The electrical control system is advance in technology, easy in operation, reliable in running.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
