condensing boiler is a sort of boiler that recycles the exhaust heat at boiler rear section through the application of a condensing device, after recycling,the flue gas temperature will be dropped to below 70 ℃ , which can make full use of the latent heat of flue gas water vapor condensation and greatly improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler as well as save fuel consumption.In the energy recovery process, it can reduce harmful gas emissions and reduce environmental pollution as well.

Performance Advantages

Except the features of normal three pass fire tube steam boiler, our condensing steam boiler has the following advantages:

1.High thermal efficiency(nearly 100%): Adopt economizer, condenser and boiler integrated structure, fully absorb the preheat and gasification latent heat of exhaust gas. Thus,the thermal efficiency is 10% higher than normal gas oil fired steam boiler.

2.Low exhaust gas temperature and NOx, COx, SOx and other harmful substances emissions decreased significantly:gas condensing steam boiler can reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 50-60 degree.

3.Low gas cost(can save about 5m3/h for outputing 1 ton steam) :If you use a 4ton/h gas condensing steam boiler, you can save about 20m3 gas per hour. According to your local natural gas price, you can calculate how manu money you can save.

4.Super low water level protection:Except for four water level height control, add the fifth water level detection. This detection ensures that the boiler will be shut down when the lack of water, alarm and so on.

5.Explosion-proof door design:reduce damage to the boiler.
