Pneumatic Air Actuator provide a uniform torque in a sleek case that is used both for the double acting and single acting, The Pneumatic Actuators are avaliable with a variety of accessories and various options, we supply the drives individually or directly on a fully assembled fitting. The actuators meet ISO5211/DIN3337 ,VDI/VDE 3845 for accessories,Every actuator is hydraulically tested,certified and guaranteed for a minimum of 500,000 Cycles.

Pneumatic Air Actuator Details

Epoxy coated(over 80um) die cast aluminum end caps provide maximum resistance against potentially corrosive elements. Other
treatments such as Nickel,Ceramic, PTFE,Polyester coated are available.

3 bar(44 psig) to 8 bar(116 psig) spring return

Std.(NBR O-rings): -20°C(-4°F) to +80°C(+176°F)
Lower Temp. (HNBR O-rings):-40°C(-40°F) to +80°C(+176°F)
High Temp. (Viton O-rings): -15°C(+5°F) to +150°C(+300°F)

The actuator range consists of 15 sizes, with torques from 8Nm(70in.ibs) to 4583Nm(65184in.lbs)at 5bar(70pisg)

Filtered dry or lubricated air for non-corrosive gas, water or lighthydraulic oil. The maximum particle size must not
exceed 30 microns.

Bottom drilling complies with ISO 5211/DIN 3337 to match valve. Interfacefor solenoid valve, shaft top end and top

drilling for assembling accessories are in accordance with VDI/VDE-3845, NAMUR standard.

Every actuator is hydraulically tested, certified and guaranteed for a minimum of 500,000 cycles.

1, Indicator

Position indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limit Switch box, positioner and so on.

2, Pinion

Thepinion is high-precision and integrative, made form nickelled-alloy steel, fully conform to the latest standards of ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the stainless steel is available.

The twin rack pistons are made form Die-casting aluminum treated with Hard anodized or made form Cast steel with galvanization. Symmetric mounting position, long cycle life, and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.

6, Travel adjustment
The tow independent externaltravelstop adjustment bolts can adjust± 5° At both open and close directions easily and precisely.

7, High-performance springs
Preloaded coating springs are made form the High-performance trial for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be denounced safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements of torque by changing thequantity of springs.

8, Bearings & Guides
Made from low friction, long-life compound material, to avoid the direct contact between metals. The maintenance and replacement are easy and convenient.

9, O-rings
NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature ranges. For high andlow temperature applications Viton or Silicone.
