I Single Facer Structure

The single-facer machine consists of a roll holder and a single-face corrugating machine. The corrugated medium is first heated, then the corrugated roll is used to make the desired flute type, and finally the rubber is coated at the peak (starch adhesive) with one side. Corrugated paper is bonded to form a single-faced corrugated board. The heating method of the core paper is steam heating, electric heating and oil heating.
Single-face machining flute can be customized.

VI. Single Facer Machine Safety Operation Procedures

1. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and use open flames in the workshop. It is strictly forbidden for night shift personnel to order mosquito coils. It is strictly prohibited to dry clothes, objects or heating above the corrugated roller to prevent fire.
2. The bare part of the live conductor can't be touched, and the control cabinet and electrical cabinet are forbidden to open at will, so as to avoid electric shock.
3. Frequently clean the dust on the electrical components, and strictly abide by the principle of cleaning and repairing after turning off the power supply to prevent various safety hazards caused by short circuit caused by dust.
4. It is forbidden to wear gloves with machine operators. Do not put your hands close to the rollers and corrugating rollers. If there is paper rolled into the rollers or corrugating rollers, they must be taken out after stopping.
5. Operators should tighten their hair and clothing during working hours to prevent a safety accident from being caught by the running machine.
6. The operation of the single-faced machine operator is concentrated during the working hours. It is not allowed to open a small gap. It is not allowed to talk to others while working, and it is even more difficult to make jokes. Do not leave the job without permission, and do not open other people's machines without permission.
