Efficient performance optimization:
The ABB TPS52 D01 turbocharger is optimized through 3D-CFD
technology to improve the performance of the mixed-flow turbine and
achieve high-efficiency compression and boosting to increase engine
power output.
The air intake casing is flexible in design and can be adapted to
constant pressure and pulse pressure turbocharging systems. It has
good adaptability and can be applied to various types of engines.
Advanced bearing design:
High-performance semi-floating support bearings are used to
minimize mechanical losses, and special hard coatings are used on
the steel bearing parts to improve wear resistance and service
life.
The compact sliding bearing layout not only brings ideal rotor
dynamic performance, but also extends the service life of the
bearings and ensures long-term stable operation.
Optimized compressor design:
The compressor part uses high-performance impellers, diffusers and
compressor volutes optimized by 3D-CFD to achieve high pressure
ratios and large flow rates, thus improving the efficiency of the
compressor.
The high pressure ratio and large specific volume flow can meet
future engine requirements and environmental regulations, while the
surge margin is expanded through the Wide Compressor Map device
(WCM) to improve system stability.
