COL5814P IP Decoder is a powerful and cost-effective decoder. It supports max12 IP inputs (each module 4ip), after MPEG-2/H.264/H.265 video decoding, it outputs each module 4 channels of HDMI videos with one stereo audio embedded in each port. It supports up to 1080i and 1080p out and supports manually upscale and downscale resolution. So it provides various solutions for operators to distribute programs.
