Description

This cable tray production line can produce solid bottom cable trays, perforated cable trays and ladder cabble trays with 0.6-1.2mm galvanized steel coils.

Steel coils go through coil loading, unwinding, feeding, entry guiding, roll forming, cutting and then output the desired products. The production line is fully automatic by combing punching, roll forming, cutting to length into one line.

Formed cable tray widths range from 100mm to 300mm and heights range from 30mm to 100mm as requested. Automatic width adjust means that users only need to input the data of the width desired on touch screen, which is more convenient than manual adjust and can save a lot of time for users.

Main Components of Cable Tray Production Line

• 3Ton Decoiler

Single mandrel type with hydraulic expansion and electric unwinding; holding and unwinding max 3000kg weight of steel coils

• Servo Feeder + 80Ton Power Press

Capacity of the power press is according to the material thickness and slots required

• Cable Tray Rollformer

Both sides of the roller stands can move in and out through the linear guide to adjust the gap between the rollers

• Cutting Device

Users need to change cutting blades for each dimension of formed cable tray

• Final Product Support Tables

Unpowered support table, preventing the final products from falling off after cutting

• Electric Control Cabinet

With Panasonic PLC control system, users only need to input desired cutting length and quantity, the machine will start accordingly and stop working when finish

• Hydraulic Station

Rexrroth electromagnetic valve and hydraulic valve
