High Speed C Purlin Roll Forming Machine, Servo Flying Cutting
Brief Description
The C Purlin Roll Forming Machine is designed for producing C-shape purlins used as the structural frames for steel contructions. By manual adjusting the spacers between rollers, this machine can produce c purlins with variable web widths from 100mm to 300mm. ( Automatic adjusment is an optional design with linear guide bolted on the machine base. One side or both sides of the roller stands move in and out through the linear guide to adjust the gap between the rollers according to purlin sizes.)
In order to keep high speed and stable machine running, this line is equipped with a 37.5kw motor and gear boxes transmission system. Also a servo motor flying cutoff is equipped to ensure continuous running of whole production line. Whole line speed can reach up to 20-30 meters per minute. At such a high machine speed, water lubricating and cooling unit is installed for high quality of the product surface.

| 4. | Roll Forming Unit | Manual adjust the spacers between rollers for producing C purlins with different dimensions. With gear box drive, whole machine runs stably and enjoys long lifetime. |
