The nutritional value of apples:

Operation points:
1. Apple peeling and digging
Use a fruit spinner to remove the peel, cut it into two halves with

also be done by manually peeling with a knife or lye.
2. Browning and color protection
After cutting the apple into small pieces of 0.5cm thick and 2cm in
length and width, control the degree of browning according to the
design method, and use the natural browning of apples and the
control of browning time to make the flesh form the color of
different color segments, and then use Different methods are used
for rapid fixation to determine the temperature and time of
browning and the method of fixation.
3. Beating
The pulp which has been treated by different color conversion and
different color fixing methods is beaten with a beater.
4.Ingredients
According to the ratio of pulp to sucrose 1:0.5, a total amount of
0.3% citric acid was added to adjust the pH to adjust the jam
flavor.
5. Concentration
Put the pulp in a stainless steel pot for heating and
concentration, add sugar while boiling, and concentrate until the
soluble solids reach 55%. Add the so-called citric acid. The citric
acid is added 0.5 h before the pot, in order to prevent the
addition. The co-heating of sugar acid produces excessive invert
sugar, which causes browning of sugar acid and affects the effect
of browning control of enzyme.
6. Filling
The concentrated jam is placed in a washed jam jar and heat sealed.
7. Sterilization cooling
The processed jam product is sterilized in boiling water for 15
minutes, and the product is quickly cooled to normal temperature.
