Product descriptions:
Flame-retardant tape with polyester film and acrylic
pressure-sensitive adhesive, LY-XX Tape is an electrical insulating
polyester film tape, which meets the flame-retardancy. requirements
of UL510. It consists of materials that are represented in many UL
Recognized Insulating Systems and has a UL 130°C temperature
rating. It also offers excellent flagging and solvent resistance
,good wet grab ,smooth ,even unwind and is suitable for use on
automated equipment.
Applications:
1.wrapping coils ,capacitors, wire harnesses, transformers, shaded pole motors and fractional horsepower motors.
2. Used in transformer, for high voltage insulation, and have effect of flame resistant.
3. Cover lithium battery, to prevent leakage and battery heating and also enhance to save electricity persistence.
4. To use on motor for insulation , because the motor rotation produce high temperature , ordinary insulating tape can't be used.
5. To tie up for electronic components for insulation effect, to
prevent contact between components from a short-circuit.
