Machine Structure

a bed workbench, a movable gantry, a movable sliding saddle, a
drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication unit, a
protective mechanism, a circulating cooling system, a numerical

a rolling guide pair for support and guidance purposes, and is
driven by a precision lead screw pair. Consequently, this machine

1. Drilling Power Head
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle
motor, which adopts a toothed synchronous belt for speed reduction
and torque enhancement to drive a specialized precision spindle.
The spindle utilizes six rows of angular contact bearings (four at
the front and two at the rear, of Japanese origin) to achieve
stepless speed regulation. A pneumatic tool changing system is
integrated into the spindle, enabling more precise, rapid, and
convenient tool replacement. The feed movement is driven by servo
motors in conjunction with ball screws. The X-axis and Y-axis
support linkage functionality and employ semi-closed-loop control,
facilitating the realization of linear and circular interpolation
capabilities. The spindle end is designed with a BT50 taper hole
and fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, allowing for processing
operations using a high-speed U-drilling center.
2. Transmission Device
The high-precision design of guide rails and sliders sourced from
Taiwan guarantees smooth operational performance and effectively
enhances heavy-load bearing capacity.
3. Automatic Lubrication Device and Protective Device
This machine tool is outfitted with an original volumetric
partial-pressure automatic lubrication device sourced from Taiwan.
This device enables automatic lubrication of all kinematic
pairs—including guide rails, lead screws, and racks—without any
coverage gaps, thereby safeguarding the service life of the machine
tool. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are fitted with
dust-proof protective covers, while waterproof splash guards are
installed around the workbench.
