Machine Structure
This machine is primarily composed of a bed workbench, a movable
gantry, a movable sliding saddle, a drilling and milling power
head, an automatic lubrication device, a protective device, a
circulating cooling device, a numerical control system, and an
electrical system, among other key components. It adopts a rolling
guide pair for support and guidance, and is driven by a precision
lead screw pair. As a result, the machine tool features high
positioning accuracy and excellent repeat positioning accuracy.
Product Features
1. Workbench:
The machine bed is fabricated via welding and undergoes secondary
annealing as well as aging treatment prior to finishing. It boasts
excellent dynamic and static rigidity, with no deformation issues.
Two high-precision linear guide rails are mounted on each side of
the bed base, enabling the guide rail sliders to bear force
evenly—this significantly enhances the machine tool’s rigidity and
resistance to tension and compression. The drive system adopts AC
servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies for
dual-side driving, which realizes the gantry’s movement along the
Y-axis. Additionally, the workbench is equipped with a hydraulic
cylinder clamping system.
2. Mobile gantry:
The mobile gantry is manufactured via casting using gray iron
(HT250) and undergoes subsequent processing. Two sets of ultra-high
load-bearing rolling linear guide pairs are mounted on the front
side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screws, in conjunction
with a servo motor, enables the power head slide plate to move
along the X-axis; meanwhile, a drilling power head is installed on
the power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is realized
by a servo motor driving the ball nut to rotate on the ball screw
via a precision coupling.
3. Mobile sliding saddle:
The mobile sliding saddle is constructed as a precision cast iron
structural component. It is equipped with two sets of ultra-high
load-bearing CNC linear rail slides, along with a set of precision
ball screw pairs. In addition, a high-precision planetary reducer
is coupled with the servo motor—this configuration balances the
weight of the power head, reduces the load on the screw, and
extends the screw’s service life. Moreover, it drives the drilling
power head to move along the Z-axis, enabling the power head to
perform actions such as rapid feeding, working feeding, retracting,
and stopping. The mobile sliding saddle also features functions of
automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pausing.
