Product Features:
1. High Level of Automation
The production line is equipped with an automatic loading device
(comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading
frame), an automatic discharging device, and an automatic feeding
device. All holes and steel mark markings on the angle steel can be
processed in a single pass through the production line, with no
manual intervention required during processing. This significantly
reduces workers' labor intensity.
2. The typing unit features a closed structure with high strength and stable performance. The printing unit is equipped with a bed support fixed on the machine base, a movable bed, and a hydraulic-driven press head character box. It performs printing at the positions specified in the drawings in accordance with computer instructions. To expand the machine's processing range, a manual adjustment mechanism has been added, which allows for changing the downward position of the movable body (i.e., the position of the character head) to adapt to the typing positions of angle steel with different specifications.
3. The drilling spindle is equipped with a butterfly spring automatic tool clamping mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder for tool release, enabling convenient replacement of the tool shank. The front section of the spindle adopts a labyrinth protection structure, incorporates a waterproof design, and is fitted with an air curtain device, ensuring that cutting fluid does not penetrate into the interior of the spindle.
These specimens cover a variety of common specifications and hole
patterns of angle steel used in transmission line towers. They
allow potential users or inspectors to visually verify the
equipment’s performance, thus providing a concrete and intuitive
reference for assessing its suitability for practical production
needs.
It is primarily engineered for drilling and stamping large-size, high-strength angle steel employed in transmission line towers, and is widely applied in diverse scenarios within the construction and maintenance of power transmission infrastructure.
In the construction of ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission lines,
where towers are required to withstand extreme weather conditions
and heavy loads, this equipment assumes a critical role in
processing the angle steel components that constitute the main
framework of the towers. It efficiently undertakes the drilling and
stamping tasks for the angle steel utilized in tower bodies,
cross-arms, and other key structural parts, ensuring precise
dimensions and robust connections to secure the overall stability
of the towers.
