Use:

The PZ4040/2 gantry mobile CNC drilling machine is engineered for drilling operations on steel plates. Processable workpieces include coupling plates used in steel structure buildings, bridges, and pylons, as well as large flanges, heat exchanger tube sheets, and similar components.

The application of this CNC drilling machine enables the entire drilling process to achieve full automation, characterized by high precision and efficiency. It is well-suited for drilling processes involving connection plates, base plates, end plates, templates, flanges, structural parts, and other components across industries such as steel structures, bridge construction, electric power and communication towers, and thermal power station boiler supports.

The precision of processed components complies with the national standard *Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures* (GB50205-2001).

The hydraulic station is equipped with air cooling system.

This software is developed by our company and the Mitsubishi programmable controller (FX3GU-64MT) with the upper computer programming software. The software has the following main features:

3. Clear and effective management of resources, workpiece program open and save are used in the form of a common dialog box, you can open or save the file in any directory, the program's access to the independent text files, can be off-site programming, direct copy to local use;
4. It has a powerful programming function, both manual programming and automatic programming using CAD, automatic programming is compatible with AutoCAD, CAXA98 and other CAD software ；
5. The function of displaying graphics can check the correctness of programming；

The bed is composed of machine base, working table and frame-type support frame, the machine base is welded by steel plate, welded steel structure, after aging treatment. The working table surface is installed with a frame-type support frame, frame-type support frame above the combination of installation and activity bracket, fixed by the butterfly screws, loosening and tightening the butterfly screws to adjust the distance between the activity bracket in order to meet the processing of the workpiece support. The processing area is spacious, divided into four processing zones on the left and right, which can be used for drilling, loading and unloading of workpieces, and at the same time can be programmed for drilling and processing documents.

The table is surrounded by twelve fast and movable automatic hydraulic clamps, which can clamp single or overlapping steel plates at a time. On the left and right side of the machine base, two high load capacity linear rolling guide rails are arranged on each side of the machine base, which are used to guide the left and right supports of the moving gantry. Two sets of drive mechanism composed of AC servo motor, synchronous belt wheel and ball screw are arranged on both sides of the machine base for the movement of the left and right bracket of the gantry, which ensures high positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy.
