Product description:
It is the latest high-efficiency and high-precision pipe automatic
cutting equipment. It is mainly used for cutting various low carbon
steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other pipes. . It can
cut the end surface of the round pipe, the intersection of the
circular pipe and the plane, and the various round and round pipes,
the surface of the round pipe and the spherical surface, the pipe
and the curved surface, the H-shaped steel channel steel, the
rectangular pipe and the square pipe. The model is beautiful in
appearance, compact in structure, stable in operation and easy to
operate. The cutting pipe diameter ranges from 50 to 320mm and the
cutting pipe length ranges from 9m.
The mechanical part of the machine is mainly composed of a work
table, a power chuck and a cutting head. The worktable and the
power chuck adopt the overall design and mechanically complete
machining, so that the longitudinal guide rail and the shaft of the
power chuck are kept parallel, which greatly improves the working
precision of the machine. Two parallel linear guide rails are
mounted on the side of the table, and precision racks are mounted
between the guide rails. The gears are driven by the drive system
on the moving body to realize the longitudinal gear and the rack
drive. The power chuck drives the chuck to rotate through the servo
motor and the timing pulley, and the work piece is driven by the
chuck to realize the forward and reverse rotation. The cutting head
is controlled by a dual servo motor for axial and radial
deflection. The linkage of these motion axes is controlled by the
system to achieve the cutting of the intersecting lines of the
tubes.

The software can now generate and cut the following types of tube
cutting nodes:
a. The pipe is cut vertically or obliquely.
b. The end of the pipe is slotted. You can open the groove of the
width and length you require at the end of the pipe according to
the parameters you set.
c. Holes of various shapes are opened on the tube. As long as you
can use CAD to draw the shape of the hole you want to open
(temporarily only supports straight lines. Arc and circle objects),
the software can project the shape drawn onto the tube wall to open
the same shape of the hole.
d. The tube cut flower function can be cut out on the tube
according to the drawing drawn by the user, so as to achieve the
purpose of cutting any pattern.
e. Various intersecting wire holes to be opened on the pipe. The
software can automatically generate intersecting line holes that
need to be opened on the main pipe due to the branch pipe according
to the relative position of the main pipe and the branch pipe.
f. Various intersecting wire holes are required to open the tapered
pipe on the pipe.
