Uses:

For concrete, mortar and other absorbent base.

Aqueous polymer emulsion;

Primary Treatment:

Subfloor should be clean, no substances that affect the bonding properties. Inspect the base according to relevant standards and technical data, to discover and report any defects in time. Loose residue or surface material must be thoroughly removed by washing or shot-blasting. Dust the base surface thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner.

Construction method:

1. First uncover the big bucket, then pour the materials from small bucket into the big bucket thoroughly, and use the electric mixer to stir well for 2-3 minutes. According to the compactness of the base, add 1-1.5 times water of the total amount of the two components and stir for 3-4 minutes.
2. The product is uniformly cross coated on the base surface by means of a roller immediately.
3. If used for reinforcement coating at least twice. For self-leveling flat bottom coating, after the last roll coating immediately sprinkle 50-100 mesh fine sand.

Note:

1. The product should be stored in cool, dry conditions. It may thicken in a cold environment.
2. Mix the A/B components well until they are milky white, then add 1-1.5 times of water and stir. If stratification occurs after standing, it needs to be stirred again. The best construction conditions: temperature of 23 + 2 ℃, relative humidity of 40% to 75%. Construction materials and the ground temperature is not less than 5 ℃.Low temperature can prolong the curing time and high temperature can shorten the working time.
3. Used for reinforcement, it must be painted twice. First coating dosage: 120-180g/㎡, Second coating dosage: 100-150g/㎡
4. Please wear protective gloves and glasses to avoid contact with skin and eyes. When in contact with skin, wash with plenty of water and soap. When in contact with eyes, rinse immediately with running water for 15 minutes, then seek medical attention. Don't pour the product into the sewer and drain.

Packaging and Storage:

A component:4kg/pails, B component:6kg/pails.

The product shall be kept at room 5℃-35℃. The shelf life is 12 months.
