Prepare the Area	Crucial: Ensure your underarms are clean and completely dry. Balms create a barrier, and applying them to damp or dirty skin traps moisture and bacteria, reducing effectiveness. It's best to apply after a shower when your skin is clean.
Prepare the Stick	Remove the cap. If it's a twist-up container, turn the base slowly until the balm protrudes slightly (about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch). Do not over-twist, as the balm can be soft and may break.
Apply the Balm	Glide, Don't Press: Gently glide the balm stick directly onto your skin. You do not need to press hard. The friction and warmth of your skin will help it transfer smoothly. Cover the Area: Make 2-3 passes per underarm to ensure full coverage of the entire area. There's no need to apply a thick, caked-on layer. A thin, even coating is all you need.
Let it Dry	This is the most important part! Wait 30-60 seconds for the balm to fully absorb and dry before putting on your shirt. This prevents transfer onto your clothes and allows the balm to form a proper barrier.
Close the Container	Twist the balm back down (if applicable) and replace the cap securely to keep the product clean and prevent it from drying out.
