1. Prepare the Pump (First Use or After Refill)

• If the pump is new or refilled, prime it by pressing down several times** until cream comes out (this removes air from the system).

• Some pumps have a locking mechanism (twist or pull-up cap)—unlock it before use.

2. Dispensing the Cream

• Hold the bottle upright (for consistent dispensing).

• Press the pump firmly and completely down (partial presses may give uneven amounts).

• Release to let the pump reset for the next dose.

• Most pumps dispense 0.5–2.5ml per press (varies by model).

3. Applying the Cream

• Dispense onto clean fingertips or directly onto the skin.

• For hygiene, avoid touching the pump nozzle with your hands.

4. After Use

• Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue if excess cream remains.

• If the pump has a lock feature, engage it to prevent accidental dispensing.

5. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Clogged Pump? Clean with warm water or a small brush.

• Weak Dispensing? Check for product buildup or air gaps—re-prime if needed.

• Leaking? Ensure the pump is tightly screwed onto the bottle.
