Zip tie cutter tool Advantages
SWT25100F is a zip tie cutter tool with power to start. It is a
faster zip tie tool that bundle, tighten and cut nylon cable ties
in 0.7-0.9S.
1. The cable tie gun is fixed in the bench. So worker can hold
items by two hands.
2. Using loose cable ties W2.5 * L120mm, T25120, vibration feeding,
transferred into the gun.
3. Once treaded the pedal, the machine start to work and bundle
items with cable ties.
4. Nylon cable ties would be bundled, fastened and cut, and the
waste would be collected into a box either.
5. The binding forces are adjustable from 20N to 80N. Different
numbers means different forces.
7. Automatic cable tie machine can improve the bundle productivity
and it bundles faster 5 times than manual-binding.
