Description of automatic cable tie installation machine

1. Ergonomic handle and trigger design: comfortable to hold and operate.

2. Handler needs to put loose nylon zip ties into vibration feeder. They would be sorted and transferred into the tie gun one by one.

3. Nylon zip ties would be wrapped, tightened and cut in 0.8S.

4. Bundle cycle time: 0.8S/cable tie

5. Workers can adjust the bundle forces in the tie gun through turning a knob.

6. Handheld zip tie tool gun is suitable for tightening those components which has step features or is with small space for cable tie to go through.

The machine asks for good nylon cable ties. That means cable ties are straight, stronger, no burr/flash/deformation. “Straight” means cable ties are same and it is better without the tilt angle. Swift cable ties are designed for automatic cable tie machines specially. They are more suitable for using in the cable tie machine than other brand cable ties.

No, the tie gun works together with the host machine. It is without battery.
