Automatic cable tie tool for motor coil is manufactured by Swift automation technology company. The tool can bundle 4 nylon cable ties or more in the motor coil.

How does the machine work?

The vibration bowl sorts nylon cable ties one by one. Then plastic ties would be transferred into the cable tie gun. When power on, tread the pedal, auto cable tie gun automatically binds motor coils with nylon zip ties.

Features

1. Deal with loose zip ties, vibration feeding, transferred to auto cable tie gun via hose.

2. Tread the pedal, automatically Wrapping, Perforating, Pulling & Tightening zip ties, Cutting them off and collecting waste material into a tank.

3. The whole operation takes only 1.2s, one machine can save 1-2 operators. Different waste material collecting methods for choice.

5. Be suitable for motor coil bundling which has been winded on stator core in advance, it is also suitable for bundling those objects which has small room for the cable tie to go through.

Operations

1 . Take 200 - 300pcs bulk cable ties into the vibration at random.

2 . Let the motor coil under the gun claw and tread the pedal. It will automatically bundle it.

3. If the binding force is small, you can turn the knob to adjust it.

2. Automatic detect the failure that means the machine would stop immediately if there is any malfunction, and automatic deal with the failed cable tie, and automatic restart the machine.

3.There has the function of detecting cable tie jam, if there is any cable tie jam in the Tool or in the hose, the machine would stop running and automatic clean the jammed cable tie, and then restart automatically.
