DZL series fire tube hot water boiler adopts horizontal three-return water-fire tube structure, and the burning equipment adopts light chain grate. The fuel is mainly various types of bituminous coal. The boiler body is arranged in a longitudinal direction of a single drum, and a threaded pyrotechnic tube is arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface, and the drum and the water wall on both sides constitute a furnace heating surface. The whole boiler is shipped in a quick release form. The electric control device can realize the functions of stepless speed regulation of the grate, equipment parameter display, limit parameter alarm and interlock protection. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high power, high thermal efficiency and high degree of automation.
