Working principle:

Product industrial biomass boiler's fuel enters the hopper through the feeding machine and starts to burn after reaching the chain grate. Observation doors are provided on the rear panel and on both sides of the grate for easy observation and maintenance. The hot air heated by the air pre-heater enters the grate directly through the blower. This design facilitates the full combustion of the fuel in the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion enters the convection tube bundle section from the furnace, enters the air pre-heater and the dust collector, and finally the induced draft fan is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

High combustion efficiency
1. The furnace is a full water-cooled combustion chamber. This structure increases the heating surface of the furnace and increases the thermal efficiency.
2. The industrial biomass boiler's body adopts a membrane type full sealing structure. The industrial biomass boiler has good sealing performance and no air leakage, which reduces heat loss and smoke loss and improves thermal efficiency.
3. The grate length is 0.5-1m. This structure prolongs the burning time, reduces the carbon content of the slag, and improves the thermal efficiency.

1. The lower part of the grate is made of light “work” steel, which is wear-resistant and does not deform. Improve the reliability of grate operation.
2. The grate adopts a contact sealing structure. At the same time, the side sealing iron was eliminated when designing the anti-focusing box, which completely solved the defect that the grate leakage caused uneven combustion.
3. Light furnace wall structure. The light insulation material reduces the heat absorption of the furnace wall itself, and the furnace temperature rises rapidly.

Safeguard
1. The front and rear arches of the boiler are water-cooled “warm arch” structure, which not only can increase the strength, but also can maximize the temperature of the furnace arch.
2. Push-pull gate ash cleaning device is adopted. The ram is a heat-resistant cast iron finishing surface structure, which effectively prevents secondary combustion deformation and grate leakage.
