A oil fired burner is a common industrial device that uses chemical combustion to convert fuel into heat. It is the Important auxiliary equipment for gas boilers and oil boiler. Oil fired burner is also widely used in technical heat treatment, drying, baking, drying, incineration and other related fields.

As a kind of highly automated equipment, the oil fired burner can be divided into five major systems: air supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system and electronic control system.

1. Air supply system: air that feeds a certain speed and air volume into the combustion chamber, including: housing, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire tube, damper controller, damper flap, cam adjustment mechanism, and diffusion disc.
2. Ignition system: ignites a mixture of air and fuel, including: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, electric high voltage cable. Flame length, cone angle and shape can be designed according to user requirements.
3. Monitoring system: to ensure safe and stable operation of the burner, including: flame monitor, pressure monitor, temperature monitor, etc.
4. Fuel system: The fuel required to ensure the equipment. Including: tubing and joints, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, heavy oil preheaters.
5. Electronic control system: the command center and contact center of the burner. The main control components are program controllers. Different programmable controllers are available for different burners. Common programmable controllers are: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series.

10. Sliding flange can adjust the connection between the burner and the boiler.
11. The motor quality has reached the European IE2 standard.
12. Electrical protection grade IP40.
