1. Digital manufacturing, reliable product quality

The steel pipes of YLW series coal-fired horizontal heat transfer oil boilers are all processed by CNC three-dimensional laser cutting machine. The square coils are processed by CNC three-dimensional pipe bending machine with high assembly precision. The serpentine coil is machined by an automatic production line and molded at one time.

2.Full argon arc welding.

The serpentine tube and the square coil are all welded by argon arc welding, and the weld is 100% inspected.

3. The company optimizes the structure of the radiation heating surface and the convection heating surface. The medium circulation mode is more reasonable, and there is no case where the service life is lowered due to the carrier temperature being too high.
